YouTube Channel Manager

We are hiring an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to manage and grow our educational YouTube channels. This role is ideal for candidates with expertise in YouTube strategy, content planning, analytics, SEO, and audience growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations.
• Plan and execute content strategies for long-form videos, Shorts, live sessions, and playlists.
• Drive subscriber growth, watch time, engagement, and lead generation.
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and playlists for maximum reach.
• Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and identify growth opportunities.
• Create and manage content calendars in coordination with content, academic, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators.
• Conduct A/B testing for thumbnails, titles, and content formats.
• Monitor competitor channels, industry trends, and YouTube algorithm updates.
• Ensure timely publishing and maintain quality across all channel content.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience managing YouTube channels.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, Analytics, SEO, CTR, audience retention, and watch-time optimization.
• Experience handling educational, digital media, or creator-based YouTube channels.
• Proficiency in YouTube Studio, Google Sheets, MS Excel, VidIQ, and TubeBuddy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Good understanding of content planning, thumbnail strategy, and audience psychology.
