We are hiring Admission Executives (Calling) to manage student admissions through inbound and outbound calls. This role is ideal for experienced candidates who have strong communication skills, can counsel students and parents effectively, and are motivated to achieve admission targets in the Ed-Tech sector.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and enrollment process.
Convert inquiries into successful admissions and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions team to improve overall conversion rates.
Provide timely follow-ups and resolve queries professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Ed-Tech, Admissions, or Telecalling.
Excellent communication, counseling, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic knowledge and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
Candidates willing to work in a fast-paced admissions environment.
