HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end hiring processes and support overall HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about talent acquisition and building a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Handle interview coordination and candidate communication
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support general HR activities and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation 
• Experience: 1–2 years in recruitment or HR

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
