Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage our social media presence, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and contribute to strategies that drive sales and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong online presence and a good understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for sales and leads
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Create engaging content (posts, captions, creatives, reels, etc.)
• Monitor trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with design and content teams

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong understanding of online marketing tools and platforms
• Creative thinking and content creation skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies
• Strong personal or professional online presence
