Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sales of:
  • Notes
  • Online courses
  • Assignments & practicals
  • Online/offline classes
  • Student services
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (social media, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Train and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
• Identify new channels for lead generation (YouTube comments, ads, website traffic, WhatsApp leads).
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and implement improvements.
• Benchmark competitors to adopt best ed-tech sales practices.
• Coordinate with the academic and content teams to launch new products.
• Prepare performance reports for management and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA in Marketing or Sales is a plus but not mandatory

Required Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in an ed-tech company, coaching center, or digital education start-up.
• Proven track record of selling digital products, courses, or educational services.
• Experience with online tools like CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of student behaviour, seasonal demand trends, and online buying behaviour in the education sector.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English).
• Strategic thinker who can plan and execute growth campaigns.

Salary / Compensation

• ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
• Incentives/Commission on sales performance
