Marketing Manager - Ed-Tech (NIOS, CBSE, IGNOU, DU SOL)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote:
    • Notes and study materials
    • Online/offline courses and classes
    • Assignments, TMAs, practical support
    • Student services and mentorship programs
  • Plan, run, and manage online marketing campaigns across:
    • YouTube
    • Instagram & Facebook
    • WhatsApp marketing
    • Google Ads & SEO
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the design, video, and content teams to develop marketing creatives (videos, reels, posters).
  • Analyze competitor strategies and trends from other top ed-tech platforms.
  • Organize webinars, workshops, and YouTube live sessions to generate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and manage an online reputation through student testimonials and community engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Handle collaborations with influencers, educators, and affiliate partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
  • MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing Certification is a plus

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or ed-tech marketing roles
  • Proven results in lead generation, branding, or product marketing in the education sector
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, YouTube Studio, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Deep understanding of student behaviour and academic calendars (especially NIOS, IGNOU, CBSE, DU SOL)
  • Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and online marketing trends
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
  • Team player with leadership qualities
  • Excellent command of Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Salary / Compensation

  • ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience)
